Cancellation And Refund Policy

CANCELLATION:

At our company, we acknowledge that project circumstances may change, and we are prepared to accommodate cancellations regardless of the situation. However, there are certain guidelines and conditions that apply:

A. Clients have the option to place a project on hold for up to one month. If a client remains unreachable after the hold period, the project will be canceled, and no refund will be granted.

B. Once three revision requests have been made for a project, cancellation is no longer permitted.

C. If a fraudulent payment method, such as a fraudulent card, has been used for the project, the project will be terminated.

REFUND POLICY:

We strive to provide a satisfactory experience for all clients. Our refund policy is outlined below:

A. If a client’s project has not been initiated within 10 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided. However, this policy may be waived at the discretion of the company. 

B. If the initial concept has been shared with the client and a refund request is made, the refund will be prorated, deducting the processing fee and production costs incurred. 

Refunds will also be void under the following circumstances:

i. Revisions in design have been requested, as it is considered a continuation of the project.
ii. The client has been unresponsive for more than 10 days.
iii. The project was availed under a discounted or promotional offer.
iv. Completion of the project is required urgently.
v. A dispute has been filed.
vi. The project has been outsourced to a third party.
vii. Issues arise unrelated to the company and the project.
viii. Disagreement with a business partner, change of mind, or hiring another company for the same project.

B. Once a client has received a refund, they are not permitted to utilize any concepts or designs shared by Create X Studios. If any such usage is detected, legal action will be taken.

C. Duplicate payments will be promptly refunded in full.

Email us, or our representative, upon receiving your refund request, we will respond promptly. Following the necessary analysis, we will initiate the refund process.

Upon receipt of the refund, the client relinquishes any rights to the designs submitted by Create X Studios. All relevant information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legal compliance.
